As City Team Lead, my primary focus was to ensure that all of MAD's programs functioned smoothly in the city. This included taking on the overall responsibility for the execution, monitoring, target tracking and closure for all projects in the city by leading a team of 150 volunteers.

As Ed Support Fellow, my responsibilities included managing the Ed Support Program in Trivandrum and ensuring that children in the program have access to quality volunteers who would provide them with the necessary after-school support. This involved recruiting, training and allocating a team of more than 100 volunteers.
