 Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Preparing reports about building maintenance issues and updating maintenance schedules based on the findings. Manage services including cleaning, HVAC, plumbing & electrical. Preparing lease agreements for new tenants, renewing existing leases, and terminating leases when necessary. Handle and screen incoming calls and messages relating to real estate deals and scheduling appointments. Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts, and payments. Assist and support the marketing team in capturing new business.

 Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes. Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.  Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.  Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

 Handling all operations related activities with the potential clients across Kerala.  Responsible for finding new clients, marketing co-ordination, sales pitching, after sales support etc. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
