• Lead and coach the customer-facing software delivery and implementation resources in planning, development, and execution of utility customer projects. • Mentor development and implementation resources to grow solution building skills and guide them on path to becoming Solution Architects.• Responsible for efficient and quality delivery of solutions to customers while ensuring technical aspects of each project meets contractual requirements and timelines.• Support response to customer RFPs and present technical solutions and value-added services to potential customers and participate in contract reviews/negotiations.• Oversee customer projects to ensure customer requirements are met and best of class service is delivered • Execute the roles and responsibilities of Solution Architect.

• Obtain functional and non-functional requirements through customer interactions and identify fit of existing solutions to cater the requirements• Identify and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements while managing customer expectations• Create new Proof Of Concepts (POCs) while evaluating new reporting and document database software technologies that enhance existing product line and provide Sales Team with an extended product suite to drive opportunities and revenue• Provide product demonstrations to potential customers and onsite/virtual product trainings to new customers• Analyze customer’s existing solution stack and create an integration plan to integrate our product with other enterprise solutions• Recognize out-of-the-box systems integration gaps, create scalable artifacts such as message and/or protocols translators that assist inter-system communication and provide technical support and training during the deployment of the artifacts• Develop new Business Intelligence (BI) reports to improve existing standard reports package and enhance customer experience • Research, compose, and deliver responses to RFPs and assist Sales team through review of RFP responses for technical accuracy• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Enterprise Application Architects, Data Architects and Product Management to design and enhance product suite• Discuss customer experiences with product management and development teams to improve customer insight and provide feedback to potential issues and enhancements• Actively participate in sales calls involving complex technical requirements serving as the technical resource in the sales cycle• Create design and data flow documents that assist a wide audience for better understanding of system operations

• Perform business process modeling and requirements analysis, author discrete, traceable business and functional requirements and present requirements and supporting business context including wireframes and use cases to various audiences such as product development and quality assurance teams who need to understand proposed product functionality• Analyze product enhancement requests received from customers through various channels and work closely with other product managers and project managers to define, prioritize, and communicate requirements • Review technical design documents, test plans and test cases to ensure designated functionality in software products • Maintain product roadmaps and collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams on direction and product features for new versions of the company's software products • Partner with application architects to solve business problems and develop functional and technical requirements • Design and develop powerful sales and marketing tools and work closely with other Subject Matter Experts to enhance the tools according to the needs • Collaborate with senior data architects to understand data model to create customer reports • Assist the development teams in evaluating third party tools including JAVA libraries like Sencha GXT and EXT JS, web mapping service applications like Google Maps, charting tools like Highcharts, etc., to increase productivity in the development cycle and save development and testing time
