I have more than a decade experience in manufacturing sector (Printed Primary Packaging Material). I started my career as a production coordinator and over a period of time, I got graduated to the position of QA Manager responsible for implementing Quality Management System, Conducting Internal Audit, preparing SOP, reviewing the production and quality related records, preparing inspection plan and specification, conducting the RCA, preparing the compliance report, facilitating the audits (Internal & external). This was the period during which I acquired majority of my transferrable skills and got opportunity to work with & audit various departments (viz. Production, Stores , Purchase , Customer service, Sales, HR, Maintenance etc.), which gave me in depth knowledge about various functions and how they are interlinked with each other. Looking at my analytical and planning skills, I got promoted as the Production Manager and worked in that position for more than 6 years and then got transferred to the parent Company Pioneer Extruders Pvt. Ltd. . Although I do not have any programming background, but as my job required compiling and Analyzing the data for traceability purpose and to predict the possible outcome, the need inculcated in me the skill of developing application in MS Access, which is one of the strongest skills I possess. For better Prospect and enhancing my skills further, I switched the company to be a Site head responsible for independently looking after the operations of the manufacturing site. Moving to a new company at a new position and working with new people was a great experience. With the support of my team, in a period of about 3 months the improvement started showing. The productivity increased by 40 % and the rejection came down from 10- 13 % to under 7% in span of a year.I enjoy spending my leisure time reading nonfictional books, playing and witching movie with my daughter and wife and developing application in MS Access.I am not very good at memorizing heaps of information and retrieving the same immediately, but in a way I believe this trait of mine has a lot of positive outcomes for myself and the company I worked for. As it inculcated me to be very organize and cultivated habit of documenting all the relevant information systematically and in logical strata for easy retrieval.Integrity, Sense of responsibility, Capability of certifying completion of work, Flexibility, Willingness to acquire new skills and risk base thinking are my greatest strengths.
