1,Confirming and fulfilling orders after order promising, Ensuring orders are meeting the committed delivery, providing the order status to internal stack holders when required, working with relevant functions on recovery for order delay and communicating to sales Project managers for any delay or risk of the orders.2, Printing shop pockets and distributing to production, validating the revisions of the documents in shop packets are current and accurate.3, Scheduling Assembly & Test jobs and working with production to ensure the jobs are executed to the specifications and meeting the required date4, Converting planned orders to purchase requisitions within the opening period. Collaborating with purchasing to monitor delivery dates of critical materials. Extending BOMs for new parts and updating plant BOMs when engineering revisions are released5, Creating requisitions for subcontract operations, scheduling external activities with vendors and working with purchasing to monitoring subcontract activities.6, Supporting the inspection and pre-shipment activities with the shop floor, quality and third party inspectors.7, Providing manufacturing lead times and coasts to sales for new RFQs. Projects: BOP(Blow Out Preventer),Valves, Casing Spool, Casing Hangers, Chock Manifolds, Khuff tree.
