This includes design management, layouts, drawings, pricing inputs, sales support and client/stakeholder management along with training of new recruits.The projects I work on are primarily medical modality/diagnostic infrastructure projects for nuclear medicine planning, Medical Cyclotron facilities, oncology departments and I ensure that all projects are completed on-time, within budget and scope. Also, I am engaged in providing design consultancy for upcoming hospitals and diagnostic centers and have successfully done so for multiple radiology departments of various hospitals and diagnostic centres across India, Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN Countries, Saudi Arabia, ME, Kenya and Africa region.A large part of my profile is customer interaction and management. I liaise and interact with healthcare professionals on a regular and frequent basis to understand their requirements, ensure design management principles are applied optimally to incorporate the same while creating project designs, ensure there are minimal iterations, update the customer of project progress and hold reviews on the same.Acquiring requisite approvals from AERB in first submission and other regulatory agencies, interacting with other stakeholders and investors, managing vendors for civil, electrical, AC, RF and shielding amongst others and training new recruits and others are some of my other responsibilities.
