• Responsible for supervising the fabrication of fixtures for research purposes. Two fixtures have been successfully fabricated under my supervision and are presently being used in the ongoing research• Responsible for programming a 2-degree of freedom (DOF) planer robot using MATLAB & SIMULINK and designing the visual interface to display the response of the human subject, for analyzing the human motor behavior. Also responsible for training of doctoral students to use the robot for research• Responsible for developing MATLAB programs and GUIs for human motor behavior research

• Developed a technique to detect the smallest possible cankerous lesion using image processing, & computer vision techniques. Presented the exploration at the Annual International ASABE 2009 meeting • Developed an edge effect compensation algorithm using MATLAB to minimize misclassification rate of citrus fruits

• Capacity ramp up project: Altered the layout of Transmission Focus Factory (T. F. F.) in order to improve production capacity. Alteration helped compressing the T. F. F. from 384 Sq. m. to 250 Sq. m• Reduced the Transmission Performance testing time by 2.45 minutes per transmission• Prepared the Demand at Capacity (DC) document (Capacity analysis and planning) • Lead the team of 75, while establishing the line up & launch process to meet end customers’ requirement as a part of production planning activity, & trained the shift supervisors & operators for its efficient use• Planned, designed & developed mechanisms, fixtures & quality aids to reduce manufacturing cycle time & to enhance the safety of the operator
