Beekle - A voice shopping assistant for alexa, googlehome.Hemp herbals - A multi category consumer brand in food and nutrition space with hemp as the hero ingredient. Folded it in 8 months due to regulatory challenges in manufacturing and restrictions on online advertising.

Built the marketplace business for Hiveminds from 0-1- Got first 20 customers including Wipro, Stanley and P&G- Built the consulting practice around the early clients. Media buying, cataloguing, and other professional services 2 to 20.- Became Amazon and Flipkart priority partner with all the perks.- Built a tight partnership with category and ads team at key publishers.- Became one of the top agency in India in terms of media managed on Amazon and Flipkart by 2021- My division now is the largest revenue vertical in Hiveminds as of 2024

Developed India's first sustainably packaged natural deodorant product which reached top 3 in the best seller category on Amazon.Onboarded Aroha onto all major ecommerce platforms - Amazon, Nykaa, Bigbasket and 50 offline stores across the country, including a pilot launch with health & glow.

Digital, PR, Corp coms, Lead gen.Key achievements in this role- Designed a marketing program called as the ‘Model Bank’ experience which was written about by Gartner in their cool vendor reports as a disruptive initiative. Model bank offered prospects a simulation of an integrated banking experience powered by our core banking platform within 10 minutes of registration. The program gave business a pipeline of kr 30M.- Got our product featured in 3 Gartner reports and 1 Forrester report for the FY 2014-2015.

Hivos is a Dutch non-profit that works with Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to create bio-digesters to generate domestic bio-gas in Indonesia as a local sustainable energy source.- Prepared a detailed financial model to help Hivos better target customers with their product mix of biogas digesters. The model showed ROI on digesters of different sizes.- Rabobank, Nestle that were funding the project found our report "surprisingly" :) useful in structuring their lending products for the farmers.

Cytec, an american chemicals company had significant market share in post harvest grain preservation chemicals in the US. The project was to understand market size and entry strategy into the EU.- We validated Cytecs initial estimate of a total market size. Interviewed farmers, traders, commodities giants in 20+ EU countries to understand incumbent storage systems and their potential to spend on a newer technology.- We recommended Cytec to acquire a competitor working with similar technology and had 10% of the market in EU as a faster go-to-market strategy. Our research concluded that EU regulations had a 5 year wait in procuring licenses.
