Nikhil is currently the Director of Engineering with over 19 years of experience leading large-scale network programs (Capex spend of €150+million / year) and managing diverse teams across Europe, Japan, and India. Additionally, Nikhil is the chief of staff to VP Engineering (CTO) and managing a small team of data analysts driving simplification and automation. Nikhil has a passion driving engineering strategy in areas such as M&A, ESG, and network optimization. Nikhil is currently the network integration lead for Colt and Lumen EMEA networks. Prior to this, Nikhil has remained as the head of revenue assurance, fraud management, data migrations, billing system implementations, and presales consulting at different junctures of his career.
