• Building new tailor made SKUs and taking those SKUs live on CreditMantri marketplace by working closely with product team and engineering team.•Performing detailed analysis & working closely with various Banks and NBFCs to setup credit criteria for new SKUs.• Setting up a benchmark for newly created SKUs and driving these SKUs by setting up various processes to achieve maximum conversions. • Drive business for specified products through a combination of lender engagement, data analysis, operational efficiencies, product innovation, and sales orientation• Manage relationships with lenders – banks, NBFC’s, small finance banks, etc. for improving disbursals and aim at maximum conversions• Provide ideation and thought leadership and ensure high levels of productive client engagement with lenders. Be seen as a collaborative thought partner in building the business with top lenders• Create new opportunities with lenders, and aim to be recognized internally and externally as an expert in helping the business thrive in the new digital world of credit evaluation• Provide inputs to technology, product, marketing and operations team for process changes, tech enhancements to make the process more customer-friendly and straight• Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters on the referrals channelled to the lenders• Optimize the sales conversion funnel using data and analysis
