Colvin Run provides data analytics and emerging technology solutions to the US Military.Over 30x SBIR Phase I, II, and III projects for the Air Force, Navy, and OSD/DMEA. We have also won full and open OTAs, and subcontracts to major prime contractors, with a GSA MAS schedule in place.

As Director of Product Marketing, I lead product management & strategy including design, specifications, voice of customer, pricing, business planning, and packaging across Kastle and its family of brands to improve the technical capabilities we offer our customers - including the workplace Internet of Things, KastlePresence.Kastle Systems is an international security company that has been protecting commercial buildings and tenants for over 40 years. Acquired by private investors in 2007, Kastle has been continuously growing its technological capabilities, with thousands of sites and millions of active users.

- North America Swiffer / Mr. Clean Commercial Team (Crossed $1Bn+ Retail Sales during my tenure). Developed sales forecasts using consumption data, and measured ROI using Nielsen media assessment tools. 2014 Surface Care Fantasy Football Champion.- Long-term strategic planning for Global Home Care (Febreze, Dawn, Cascade, Mr. Clean, Swiffer & Other Global Brands - $6Bn+ total revenue) - designed & managed a global integrated Strategic Planning (iSP) process, to lead the 5-year P&L Forecast & Strategy Review across all businesses & regions. Built and managed the Portfolio Sufficiency Tool (PoST) that modeled the innovation pipeline and linked directly to long-term sales forecasts. Moved to Swiffer & Mr. Clean North America commercial team to meet a business need, rotating faster than usual out of a first role.

Worked in both Structured Credit and Equity Derivatives for institutional clients. Transacted over $40Bn+ notional, with $200MM+ revenues, including a landmark index equity derivative restructuring. Part of strategic team that developed cross-asset short thesis in 2007-8 using regulatory filings. Developed trading platforms for short credit portfolios and automated equity indexed annuity-linked hedges.
