 Managed half of the company’s portfolio and managed a total of 12 projects with values ranging from $5 to $20M. Managed a total of 6 teams simultaneously of size 6 to 8 team members on multiple projects. Prepared detailed estimates, schedules, and analyses of cost consumption to minimize the total cost of the project.  Managed project budgets and schedules and took necessary actions to minimize delays and cost impacts.  Collaborated with the on-site crew for planning, and execution of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.  Performed internal quality inspections of work completed and prepare a report for any areas with problems/defects.  Handled all the Request for Information (RFI) and Change orders of the approximate value of $1M on each project.

Reported flaws in the layout of building and stopped a chain of errors. Provided a solution to correct the mistakes.
