Utilized advanced biotechnological techniques such as microbial fermentation, enzyme assay, and genetic modification to create high-quality, effective products. Microbiological Analysis: Conducted comprehensive microbiological analyses to ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of animal feed supplements. This included microbial identification, quantification, and contamination control using techniques such as PCR, Gram staining, and spectrophotometry. Quality Assurance: Played a pivotal role in ensuring that all products met industry standards, including ISO, GMP, and FAMI-QS. Technical Support and Sales: Provided expert technical support to both internal teams and external clients, addressing specific challenges related to animal nutrition and product application. Delivered technical presentations and conducted product demonstrations. Client Relationship Management: Built and maintained strong relationships with key clients, providing them with customized solutions that addressed their unique needs. This involved regular communication, troubleshooting, and on-site visits. Regulatory Compliance: Ensured that all products and processes complied with local and international regulatory standards, including preparing necessary documentation for product registration and audits.
