•Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle starting from approving requisitions, generating candidate pool through direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, offer extensions and closing candidates.•Understand the job requirements, and hire the best talent using various recruitment strategies and resources.•Generate candidates through multiple sources – external job boards, internal pool, employee referrals and vendor partners/agencies.•Liaise with multiple stakeholders, work closely with them to define job requirements, and develop best sourcing strategies.

•Act as a Point of Contact for hiring managers, provide regular updates on the hiring and discuss any challenges in talent identification.•Conduct detailed HR Interviews and hygiene checks of the potential candidates as per Accenture’s recruitment guidelines before processing for business level interviews.•Track and monitor the interview status of candidates on the internal recruitment portal.•Negotiate compensation as per the skill set of the candidate and generate offer letters through internal portal.•Raise requests for assets for the expected new joiners.

• Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, outline job postings and develop new sourcing strategies.• Research, identify and selecting candidates for open job positions across clients and projects. • Schedule initial interviews and follow up interviews for successful candidates.• Source candidates through databases, Internet searches, direct sourcing, campus drives and internal referrals.• Conduct initial screening, coordinating with the client and the candidate to setup the interview and conduct final level HR interviews for selected candidates. • Generate offer letters through internal recruitment portal and follow up until the candidate comes on-board.• Collaborate with third party recruiting companies to help source candidates from diverse pools of job seekers.• Updating, generating and maintaining weekly recruitment reports, dashboards for various business units.• Conduct campus drives, handling presentations, coordinating and administering tests.• Initiate background checks for permanent staff through external vendors. Act as a medium between the vendor and employees and follow up to collect the necessary documents from the employee for verification.• Deliver regular communications to Managers /employees on changes or updates on recruitment processes.
