Temporary position as I transitioned from Fort Collins to Denver. During my time at Pure Barre I was responsible for a team of sales associates and handled everything from human resources work, onboarding new team members, payroll and taxes. As well as creating a 3 step training process with all new employees. I also continued education or retrained on new.

As the Executive Assistant, I was in charge of the KPI's, data analytics, projections and metrics for 250+ people, as I generated, tracked, and maintained monthly sales stats on a company, team, and individual basis. I reported on data and revune monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. I spent time recreating the data system to make it more.

During my time as a social media manager, I maintained a book of 50-60 clients and managed many different aspects of their social media presence. This included everything from content creation, posting, design, engagement, and feedback management which helped the clients with an increase in business and great customer satisfaction.
