Provide quotations for spare parts to our Reps, Distributors and direct customers. Process incoming spare parts orders, prepare shipping paperwork, track shipments , and invoice orders. Research operating manuals for parts, provide manuals to customers, assist with transition to shared services for accounts payable, assist with testing new order processing systems for other GEA companies using the same SAP platform. Assist the New Equipment Department with SAP procedures, how to's and corrections while providing administrative support to the head of the New Equipment Department with the day to day operations of our shared office.
