It is my passion to help parents bring more joy to parenting! Parenting can be one of the most challenging things we do. As parents we experience a wide range of emotions including feelings of sadness, fear, anger and guilt. It is normal and often necessary for us to feel a range of deep emotions to care for our children. Parenting can be tough, especially in our society where we are often removed from extended family and are left with limited support.My training as a coach as well as my background in Early Childhood Education and many years of working with families will ensure that you receive the coaching that benefits you the most as a parent. I facilitate Toddler Storytime every Friday at 10am and at 11am at the Cranbrook Public Library. I facilitate Bably Laptime every Friday at 1pm at the Cranbrook Public Library.
