CommerceHub acquired ChannelAdvisor in September '22, and rebranded as Rithum in December '23. I served in this role from May '23 to Feb '24. Responsibilities for this role are detailed under the ChannelAdvisor experience (below).

Essential duties:• Develop global learning and development strategies to meet organizational and employee needs• Oversee and mentor the development and delivery of engaging training programs and resources to empower employees to grow in the areas of skills, knowledge, and performance based on experience with (but not limited) to needs analysis, content creation, video editing, data analysis, LMS reporting, instructional design best practices and learning theory• Align regularly with SMEs to identify needs in order to design, deliver, and implement training based on product releases, platform updates and other cross-functional team projects• Evaluate training effectiveness and impact both quantitatively (metrics, assessment tools) and qualitatively (feedback), ensuring regular maintenance occurs for timely content to maintain impact• Serve as LMS Administrator (course creation and maintenance, course enrollments, engagement reporting, feedback management)• Standardize and lead New Hire onboarding• Lead scrums with the Enablement and Technical Writing teams• Analyze, prepare and present data to organizational leaders detailing the impact of the Enablement teamImpact:• Led the virtual onboarding and platform certification of a global partner providing 30+ new employees• Coordinated and documented change management initiatives related to training content and processes following the acquisition of ChannelAdvisor by CommerceHub• Improved Support org's case resolution from 63% to 78% within two weeks via needs analysis, training delivery, and the creation and implementation of a novel Quality Analysis (QA) tool• Spearheaded a cross-collaborative project with the product and engineering teams to develop a visual banner defining expectations of new hires prior to executing work in managed client accounts• Developed a strategy and process guide to assist in the instructional design efforts of other teams within the company

Student Services Program Director who developed an inclusive program to meet the academic, behavioral, and social needs of clients and recruited 30+ families that would benefit from the program while also providing on-going training and professional development to 35 elementary and middle school staff.

Part-time online ESL teacher (independent contractor) to 65 rising and established elementary students in China who utilized a prescriptive curriculum, personalizing it to meet the needs of each client to ensure success and progression through the program.

Part-time online educator who launched the NCVPS Middle School Creative Writing Course, personalizing instruction of a predefined curriculum to best meet the needs of more than 200 clients through daily announcements, instructional feedback, and communication via Moodle, BlackBoard, and later Canvas LMS.
