Value can be very precisely measured as a project's financial result but value that can't be measured is a long term partnership that lasts for years like a big family. It's in our roots, in our DNA. Passion for successful projects is nurtured from early beginnings in family run company Penta. Knowledge and experience I've build in many various projects and start-ups I have worked on since college years. I was responsible for financial management - support, budgeting and cost control. At the same time I have always been involved in congress that was going on, helping from very basic to more demanding tasks. Growing up surrounded with invited speakers, abstracts and badges it just gets under your skin. As a project manager I have built up growing network of associations and corporate clients organizing for them corporate travels, meetings and congresses, workshops, seminars. After many years of working as a project manager on more than few hundred projects I became a deputy CEO responsible for strategy planning, sales and operations.
