At McMaster-Carr I assisted customers in interactive ordering and problem solving on more than 14,000 orders a day the facility handled. During my time with Fresh & Easy, I was responsible for my team’s overall success. I coordinated meetings with team members regularly, followed up with each member on their individual tasks, and ensured we were on track with the overall goals of increasing store sales and obtaining high district results.
