As the Director of Projects at The Truelux Group my main focus is to manage and maintain our client and project portfolio within the UAE. The role primarily involves working alongside our project managers, design team and techicnal service staff to ensure we execute our projects on time and in budget.

As a Senior Project Manager at The Chris Garrod Partnership (Orsini SPI) Nik’s primary role was to manage hospitality procurement projects focusing on FF&E and OS&E. Within this role Nik managed multiple successful projects with International Hotel brands and leading local UAE ownership companies. During this time Nik developed long term working relationships with several clients and a large network of trusted local and international suppliers.

Nik’s Primary role was to manage Interior Design changes acting as the clients link between designers, contractor and consultants on the Nassima Tower / JAL Hotel Project in Dubai. The role was diverse and included pre-qualifying and tendering vendors for multiple ID and FF&E related packages through to making recommendations to senior management and appointing vendors onto the project.

4:VisionStudios LTD was started during Nik’s final year at University and lasted 5 years before being wound up in2008. The company was set up to provide 3D marketing for new property developments based on renderings and animations and the need to sell off-plan.
