Fundraising: Execute Rebuilding Together NYC's annual fundraising plan, securing corporate/foundation grants totaling $250,000+ annually. Devise and implement strategic fundraising strategies to secure contributions from corporate and foundation partners.Event Coordination: Coordinate 3-4 annual fundraising events, ensuring the success of the development function. This includes leading the planning and execution of the annual gala and other special events.Donor Management: Oversee accurate and timely gift entry and acknowledgment processes. Manage donor information using Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and tracking funder relationships.Proposal and Report Creation: Create proposals and reports for foundation and corporate fundraising.Communication and Marketing: Manage communication and marketing efforts, including newsletters, social media posts, and annual reports. Volunteer Event Management: Develop volunteer event materials, such as project descriptions, registration pages, and impact reports. Coordinate 7-10 grassroots corporate volunteer group events, generating a collective $300,000+.Internal Communication: Foster effective internal communication within the organization to ensure alignment and transparency among staff members.Public Affairs and Media Relations: Enhance the organization's public image and reputation through targeted messaging, media outreach, and public relations initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and cultivate relationships with journalists to secure positive media coverage.Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and respond to potential crises or sensitive issues that may arise.Corporate Communications: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Capacity Building: Identify opportunities for organizational growth and capacity building.

• Manage all design, development, production and tech design for first 3 ½ months with company. • Work with CEO to create company policies and best practices for divisions as well as preparing and analyzing unit plans and reports.• Create organizational procedure/work flow for division, allowing visibility on how division will communicate with cross-functional team.
