I had the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of traction systems utilized in trains and heavy machinery. This involved a detailed exploration of the design, implementation, and operational aspects of these systems, providing me with a profound understanding of their role in transportation and industrial applications. In addition, I gained valuable exposure to Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) switches used in heavy voltage applications. This included hands-on experience with the manufacturing processes associated with IGBT switches. The immersion in this aspect of the internship allowed me to witness the practical application of theoretical knowledge, enhancing my comprehension of heavy voltage systems and their components.

My primary focus was to enhance my understanding of the working and construction of transformers with different ratings. This involved hands-on experience in analyzing and observing the operational aspects of transformers within the company's infrastructure. The exposure to various rating specifications provided valuable insights into the diverse applications and functionality of transformers in real-world scenarios. This experience has enriched my knowledge in this field and has contributed significantly to my academic and professional development.
