Continued role of managing director of business until the company’s closure in 2006, ultimately responsible for 110 employees.Development of a new business models for the development of computer and video games and therewith the founding of Games That Matter Productions GmbH. Sale of the company to Koch Media Group and consequent renaming to Deep Silver GmbH, continued role as managing director, as well as development of strategies and New Business Development till end of 2009. Last title release "Cursed Mountain" for Nintendo Wii and PC.Founder of Osutoria Holding GmbH in 2006. Setup, development and management of IP’s with a focus on technology and media for the European and Japanese market, incubator.President of ÖVUS (Austrian Association for Entertainment Software).
