Managing UK HR Operations team covering Recruitment, HR Administration and Benefits that services circa 1,500 UK employees. Co-manage service delivery from our HR shared service centre in Krakow. Operational leadership to provide an efficient and affordable service to meet client needs. Responsible for all transactional activities within the employee lifecycle. Responsible for operationalising HR policies and procedures, meeting and improving sevice against SLAs. Provider management for suppliers to HR ensuring service effectiveness and efficiency and value for money.

Key deliverables were post-merger HR team integration with Aon. Specifically responsible for project managing the delivery of new compensation & benefits terms to circa 1,500 employees using consultation and change management principles; (for example, installed a central mailbox and managed the associated email traffic of 2000+ queries into HR, built and published regular FAQs, escalated and addressed any further issues from employees.). Also shaped HR supplier strategy (aligning and changing service providers in all cases); conducted a policy review and alignment (50+); and achieved alighnment of professional study services.

In addition to performing my role as HR Operations Lead, I was part of team responsible for the transformation and off-shoring of the HR adminstration services provided to the business, reshaping Hewitt's HR support operations across the UK, Ireland and Poland. Specifically responsible for delivering on the HR Operations model and the internal HR portal for employees to access HR services.

Firm wide Performance Management – responsible for implementing new initiatives and ensuring that we have consistency of approach across all lines of business, following the 2002 merger.Graduate ResourcingOperational responsibility for the recruitment and selection of Hewitt graduates and interns. People manager for two administrators, candidate management of 500+ applications through 10+ selection centres around the country. Annual intake has regularly been 60+ graduates and 60+ summer interns.

Compensation analyst supporting senior advisors with their exec comp clients, primarily Remuneration Committees and their Flexible Benefit clients.
