Team Member Development Associate
Pnw Region, Based In Seattle
Responsible for ensuring development and growth opportunities of all team members in WA, OR, ID, and MT area are introduced with examples of return on investment.Assist with team member career development, cross training and advancement. Build bench strength by introducing leadership and management experiences grounded in emotional intelligence and transformational mind set. Create and support proactive ways to maximize team member performance.Coordinate and perform in person, telephone and webinar classes.Help to create and carry out current and updated development curriculum.Assist, update, and implement lease changes for nationwide consideration.Review, communicate and report on multiple education related metrics.Provide ongoing support for the LMS, national practices, leasing practices, education related supplier support and all on site questions and concerns.Coordinate and communicate secret shop order processes and disputes.Provide regional support for national mentor program.Advocate and live Greystar's Pillars of Excellence and Core Values creating Greystar caliber experiences.Communicate, coordinate, and support regional specific needs, concerns and successes.Collaborate with multiple departments within Greystar.Supported and facilitated integration of Riverstone and Greystar beginning in 2014
