Responsible for the execution of the institute's programs, including proactively overseeing and managing program activities and events that fulfill the institute's mission.Oversee and implement program management of entrepreneurship programs (Workshops andEntrepreneurship Academies), the Keller Pathway Fellows and Business Development Fellows Programs, the Big Bang! Business Plan Competition and associated departmental workshops. Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners, as well as working with members of the academic community to integrate the programs with the educational mission of the University.Supervise program staff including Program Coordinator for the Big Bang Business Competition, and Program Manager.Plan, coordinate and run entrepreneurship academies 5-6 times per year. Schedule speakers, recruit students, bring in mentors and coaches to assist the participants, handle all logistics and manage support staff. Business Development Fellows Program. Recruit fellows to participate in the program. Schedule their classes and meetings, monitor their progress and development.Speak to students at local college campuses to raise awareness of the Institute's programs. Work as a conduit and connector for those interested in entrepreneurship and potential mentors/board members.Continue to build a robust network of business partners and increase community support by attending local seminars, mixers and media events.
