At ezCater, I lead product design initiatives for the Corporate Accounts and Enterprise Integrations teams. For Corporate Accounts, I use design thinking to drive growth via enhanced visibility, administrative controls, and flexible payment solutions for enterprise customers. For Enterprise Integrations, I focus on ways to seamlessly integrate procurement systems into ezCater platforms and business processes. For both teams, I collaborate closely with research, product, content, and engineering teams to strategize and define roadmaps, ensuring we aim for a cohesive marketplace experience for enterprise customers. I explore and refine concepts while evaluating potential impact, data insights, feasibility, and project scope to identify the best design solutions. I execute design solutions by crafting user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes with emphasis on user experience.

At Peppermint Labs, I led design initiatives for multiple digital products catering to researchers and academics. For Neurofit VR, I redesigned a data and analytics dashboard that provided users with account summary statistics, as well as account management and billing tools to simplify operations. For another client, I designed an interactive web application to deliver dietary advice and educational content. For a third client, I designed a user-friendly file management and VR upload tool to optimize workflows for reminiscence therapists.

At Reggora, I led product design for three teams, Lender Experience, Appraiser Experience, and Finance Operations to deliver product solutions for real estate valuation based on complex logistics and machine learning technology.I worked across all stages of development to identify, research, conceptualize, prototype, and deliver industry-leading product solutions for real estate valuation. I fostered cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define problems, explore solutions, and develop strategic approaches to implementation. I effectively managed multiple projects at various stages, communicating design trade-offs and downstream effects to help make strong product decisions. I developed and maintained essential design system components, balancing core functionality with customized solutions tailored to specific project needs.

At Last Call Media, I was a fully embedded UX designer on the State of Massachusetts PFML program contract. I designed five digital experiences for PFML admin tooling and support for internal processes. I worked closely with clients, project managers, designers, and engineers throughout each project’s lifecycle to deliver effective, human-centered solutions aligned with the client’s needs. I designed an internal design system for PFML using atomic design principles to ensure visual consistency across all admin interfaces.I also led design discovery for the St. Vincent de Paul of Arizona website redesign contract, including heuristic evaluation, user interviews, goal definition, persona creation, and peer analysis.

At Howard County Government, I led UX design for eight digital experiences through discovery, definition, research, design, testing, and implementation. I designed four 0 to 1 external web applications for constituent interaction with the government and four enhancements to internal web applications to improve employee experience. I also contributed to the technical direction of departmental systems by offering insights and recommendations for improved user experience.
