They organise events from 20 people - 1200 people.They have big events on their name from Portsea Polo, Melbourne Fashion Event, Australian Open.As event coordinator I was responsible for:- Hiring, rostering and training of hospitality staff- Creating event orders and run sheets- Ordering everything needed for the event like, disposables, food, beverages, kitchen applications, crockery, tables etc- Organise event styling and uniforms if needed- Organise warehouse and stocktake- Set up event- Communicate with client- Brief hospitality staff on the day of event- Bump in and out of event- Admin of staff hours and payments so payroll can pay accordingly

Voor een evenement, radio-uitzending, reclame-uiting, televisiespot of promotiefilm kunt u bij Rookie Entertainment terecht.Iedere afdeling wordt geleid door een Management Team (MT) bestaande uit een General Manager, Financial Manager, Marketing Manager en Creative Manager die zich naast het managen van verschillende productieteams, zich ook bezig houdt met interne zaken, planning van evenementen en de creative uitingen van het bedrijf.
