• Renewable Energy Strategy for global apparel leader: Developed renewable energy strategy that resulted in industry leading commitments (100% renewable energy and science-based greenhouse gas reduction goals). Presented to C-suite leaders, who utilized our strategy to obtain CEO signoff on such commitments and publically declare them at COP21 in Paris• Water Risk Assessment and Stewardship Strategy for global apparel leader: Worked with the World Resources Institute on an enterprise-wide water risk assessment. Conducted stakeholder interviews to create framework for business risk from water supply issues. Developed financial impact model to quantify exposure to water risks and created initial roadmap for corporate water strategy• Renewable Fuels Strategy for leading global retailer: Developed analytics model for client to transform its fleet in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. to 100% renewable sources of energy• Sustainability Assessment Model for retail industry association: Developed sustainability assessment framework for the client’s members to perform current-state assessments and develop sustainability roadmaps for the future. Presented to sustainability leadership from Fortune 500 retailers.• Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventories for multiple clients across sectors: Collected, transformed and analyzed GHG inventory-related consumption data (electricity, natural gas, fuels, waste, water, etc), and calculated associated carbon footprint for 6 clients. Prepared Carbon Disclosure Project responses for 3 clients. Analyzed hotspots in the supply chain based on the inventory and provided resource efficiency strategies.
