I'm a PhD candidate in theoretical Nuclear Physics, with a focus on relativistic heavy ion collisions. My work involves fundamental physics (QCD, QED in search of QGP) and a lot of programming (C#, C++, C, Python). I use large-scale supercomputing facilities to develop and run algorithms that provide insights into the fundamental nature of nuclear matter.Previously, I've done research in Machine Learning techniques in physics, as well as 2 years as a part-time employee and summer intern at an Asset Management firm, working to deliver IT solutions as well as some quantitative financial analysis.
