I work as a Research Intern in the Nanomedicine Research Group (NRG) under Dr. Ratnesh Jain to work on a lipid nanoparticle project. I work on preparation and characterisation of LNPs, pDNA-LNPs and mRNA-LNPs along with mRNA and pDNA synthesis, ribogreen assay, AGE to ensure RNAse free conditions and its documentation.
