• Organizing Annual Product Quality Review and inspecting the consistency in manufacturing process• Formulating training matrix, training calendar and facilitating training arrangements through out the year• Maintaining and producing training records for internal / external audits• Conducting self-inspection and preparing audit reports• Reviewing compliance reports with reference to regulatory standards• Generating and updating the list of approved vendors and scheduling vendor audits• Verifying the TSE / BSE certificates and other pre-requisite documents for vendor qualification• Managing change control procedure from change issuance to its closure and tracking its review• Ensuring the implementation of corrective / preventive actions and monitoring their efficacy• Releasing batches for sale in the market• Devising cleaning validation master plan and monitoring its efficacy with reference to cleaning verification protocol

• Inspecting and evaluating new products, new equipment• Monitoring CAPA actions and ensuring process compliance with audit observations made with reference to regulatory standards, quality audits• Scrutinizing the market complaints and investigating the reason for concerned failure • Coordinating with diverse departments and implementing corrective action plans to avoid failures• Training departmental teams and enhancing their ability to nullify market complaints in future• Researching the market conditions and releasing the batches for sale in market• Defining standard operating procedures and reviewing batch manufacturing record, batch packing record• Evaluating the control sample activity and analysing its alignment with its purpose • Analysing the qualification / validation protocol, reviewing reports and finalizing the approvals• Assisting multiple departments in process development activities• Associating with quality audits on global scale with WHO-GMP, USFDA,EU, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, NAFDAC and IDA
