Since my school days, I've been involved in management, starting from leading my school rock band to managing my personal brand and organizing celebratory events. Recently, I discovered that project management has been a constant throughout my life :)In 2019, I entered the IT industry and immersed myself in the realm of fintech, a rapidly evolving sector of the modern world. I played a key role in coordinating resources, facilitating communication among project members, and ensuring the achievement of set objectives.My main responsibilities include:- Project planning: Developing a detailed plan encompassing tasks, timelines, budget, and resources.- Team organization: Gathering and managing the project team, delegating responsibilities, and motivating participants.- Execution oversight: Assessing task progress, generating regular reports, and adjusting plans when necessary.- Risk management: Identifying potential issues and devising strategies for prevention or resolution.- Communication: Ensuring effective information exchange among all project stakeholders.- Outcome evaluation: Analyzing completed work, identifying learning points, and documenting experiences for future projects.I actively develop soft skills: time management, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, emotional intelligence and negotiation.I'm passionate about the technical aspects, so in my free time, I delve into front-end development, GitHub, iOS development, analytics and QA.
