· Plan and execute 120+ tradeshows/events a year · Plan and facilitate events including audio visual, production, collateral design, logistics, budgeting, negotiation and client service· Create event calendar for the year working closely with sales, business development and product management · Prepare preshow and post show ROI evaluation · Execute lead nurturing activities such as email campaigns, content creations and trigger mechanisms · Manage logistical requirements for planning, staging, and shipping of trades how properties, products; as well as managing trade show inventory · Manage rooming lists and event registrations · Keep track of invoices and bill back to other groups and companies sharing event costs with us

• Assist in pro AV and education trade shows – registration and logistics• Create and implement marketing strategies • Create integrated planning timelines to coordinate pre-event logistics, exhibit design and set-up, transportation, and allocation of services• Overall event responsibility includes: organizational leadership, budget preparation, on-site coordination, and management of cross-functional teams • Extensive experience in vendor relations and business partnership development to gain involvement and ensure high quality service• Launching of creative strategies to increase, facilitate, and track booth attendee traffic; lead retrieval and event metrics analysis• Give demos of our products to clients • Arrange housing, rental car and flight tickets for sales team• Prepare equipment and materials for trade shows• Manage marketing inventory• Handle Social Media Channels • Prepare Email blasts before/ after show • Effective communication with people at any level of business and management
