For over 15 years my passion has been helping people change the way they work. I redesign business processes, taking organizations - no matter how successful they are - to another level. The areas I focus are supply chain optimization, operations, business process improvements and CRM project management.I have been honored to start up a business for the fastest growing European lighting groups in the region of Siberia and Far East in Russia, set up commercial operations for the same group in the Middle East and North Africa, and drive digitization initiative that started in the UAE and spread across to Australia, UK and France. I have initiated and overseen implementation of the most powerful CRM - Salesforce creating sales technology center of excellence for other group members to benchmark to.My core competencies for creating breakthrough improvements come from my background and experience. I hold professional degrees in Organization Management and Education, Six Sigma Green Belt, Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving, Certified Salesforce Administrator, certified Steelbricks CPQ Administrator.My language skills of English, French and Arabic (not to mention my native Russian) keep doors open for me in this vibrant region.I am proud of my social service and volunteering for the local community.
