In 2019 Nikita finished 5th at the UCI Urban Cycling World Championships and 4th at the UCI Freestyle BMX World Cup. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Ducarroz made the move and entered lockdown at the DDASC training facility in Holly Springs, North Carolina to focus 100% on training.
