➤ Instituted a new spectrum of analytical capability for the Finance Executive team and Managing Directors of Operating Companies in understanding the key drivers for the movement in the provisionallocation➤ Spearheaded the design, documentation and the execution of the IFRS 9 Model to be used for the new Loan Loss Provision and Expense process⇒ Utilization of Categorisation and Regression (“C&R”) decision trees, Chi-Square Automatic Interaction Detector (“CHAID”) and regression analysis to develop models for the bank’s portfolio by territory and product type⇒ Designing model capabilities for early non-performing detection as well as incorporating behavioural science to strengthen the analysis in managing the bank’s portfolio ⇒ Innovative derivation of provisioning on the Debt Securities portfolio, a new regulatory requirement⇒ Strategic planning to devise a model with dual purpose of Provisioning and Credit Stress Testing➤ Corresponded on the design and validation of the Business Banking Scorecard Models➤ Conceptualized the design of the Credit Stress Testing Scenarios used in the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (“ICAAP”) regulatory Report

➤ Responsible for all actuarial and technical analytical needs of the company➤ Co-managing a captive insurance company, inclusive of managing the expectations of the shareholders and the board of directors while providing effective solutions to the Board➤ Developing and implementing plans to improve the efficiency of the insurance and captive insurance companies to ensure operational targets are met➤ Implemented and managed regulatory framework to perform the insurance tests in the UK, Canadian and United States markets and ensuring all regulations are within compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) ➤ Preparing and presenting Board reports ranging from Actuarial reports to business development

Served as a resource to the company's actuaries regarding data collection, analyses , and project execution required in the delivery of the following work products of the Unit within project deadlines:➤ Prepared and analyzed monthly, quarterly and year-end valuations➤ Year-end valuations - Performing experience studies used in the basis and assumption changes, analysis of the changes from year to year, sensitivity analysis, preparing source work and documentation for the notes to the financials, the appointed actuary report (AAR) and audit requirements as needed➤ Statutory Actuarial Filings – across 22 countries across the Caribbean, USA & Latin America➤ Provide Axis model support – model changes and improvements in modules including Regular, Par and Universal Life. Implementation of mortality cell assumptions via risk classes (improving the model based on software improvements)➤ Capital Management – provide recommendations on improvements to programmes such as reinsurance by liaising and working closely with the reinsurance and underwriting teams➤ Perform monthly in-force statistics and Movement Reports, along with in depth explanations for large changes in business
