Within one month of the ask, Nikita was able to create a diagram map of the entire process from its inception point to how it trickled down to each business unit. With the map, she was able to determine where the program names were diverging and present a modified process map that would streamline the process. She created the powerpoint deck for the presentation and compiled feedback from colleagues, conceding where it made sense and standing her ground where she felt the benefits outweighed the discomfort of change.
