Current- Act as the main point of contact for Knowledge and Process Automation topics
- Take ownership for internal customer satisfaction
- Develop and lead training on departmental operations for new hires and cross-departmental colleagues
- Establish streamlined business processes and collaborate with departments to integrate them smoothly into company
- Implementing of subcontractor management system: covering evaluation, testing, communication, workflow setup, and costs
- Negotiate contractual terms and agreements with partners
