I have 5+ years of experience in the field of finance, investment and customer experience. I currently am a student at Northeastern University pursuing MS. Project Management. I worked at Niyo Solutions in wealth operations as well as a quality analyst and trainer in the banking support department. As a Senior Operations executive, I was in charge of handling the mutual fund database and vendor management, with responsibilities extending to daily kyc processes and transaction processing. As a trainer I dealt with collaborating with tech and product to understand new products and processes, preparing training modules and schedules, advising on hiring processes, documentation, quality analysis, etc. I graduated with a First Class from Christ University, Bangalore in the course B.com Honors (Finance and Investment). I have also successfully completed my masters in economics with a first class from Christ University as of June 2023.Following my under graduation, I started working for HSBC in Global Private banking US as an Administrative Associate. I worked as a US tax SME. I also worked in account maintenance and accounts operations. At HSBC, I was given the opportunity to visit the New York headquarters and migrate the Private banking US tax process to India. I received the rising star award for my role in 2018. I briefly worked at Swiggy (Bundl Technology) as a Senior Executive - Online Reputation Management (ORM), in the pilot "critical response team". I also won multiple awards for my role at Swiggy.In my free time I enjoy video editing, traveling, reading and fine arts.
