CurrentWork as a part of two teams in the company: investments (sell-side, buy-side) and financial management (management accounting, budgeting and cash management)Investments:- assisted of the company fundraising rounds (sell-side)- Q&A with PE funds interested with the business- leading investment DD projects- project manager of debt financing (including soft loans and debut bonds)- assisted buy-side M&A deals (screening targets, valuation, negotiation, building up integration plans)Financial management:- building up management accounting process with providing detailed financial reports- leading the annual budgeting and planning process- leading audit processes (both RAS and IFRS)- maintaining credit rating of the company with investment level- developing and implementing financial sustainability strategies- maintaining relationships with banks and rating agencies (negotiations, performing business reports and presentations)
