As a Duty Manager at Brighton Grocer, I lead a team of 20 staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the store, delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. I also manage the inventory, budget, and payroll, as well as implement health and safety protocols and staff training programs. With my project management, leadership, and teamwork skills, I have successfully completed several initiatives, such as launching a new online delivery service, and reducing waste.In addition to my retail management experience, I have a strong academic background in biomedical science, having graduated with a bachelor's degree from RMIT University in 2022. I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the same university, where I am the youngest student ever admitted and the recipient of the 'Best Student in the MBA' award for 2023. This program enables me to enhance my business acumen, broaden my professional network, and explore the intersection of science and business.
