Using field research, competitive analysis, and in-depth interviews, I assessed the market size, effective demand, calculated unit economics and developed a long-term business model. As a result, I decided not to open a startup because the Serbian online payment market is not well-developed and could not provide the required volume of transactions to attract venture capital investments.
