Managed 30 peers in the day-to-day operations of a small business located with Mason High School. Created philanthropic campaigns to benefit local organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area totaling over $5,000 in donations. Networked with local business owners in search for sponsorships for our Homecoming shirt campaign, resulting in the largest campaign in Comet Zone's 15-year history (1,200+ shirts sold to students and community members). Developed business skills such as marketing, product research, and business analytics in peers through check-in meetings and presentations.

Worked alongside a team of Student Interns and Grant Us Hope employees to further promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention through Grant Us Hope's flagship organization, Hope Squad. Promoted novel event ideas to help reach out to and connect with the local community while also restructuring the Hope Squad curriculum to better assist Hope Squad members in serving as beacons of hope for their peers. Completed special projects to earn greater funding for Grant Us Hope and mental health in schools across Ohio throughout completing grant applications and speaking with the Ohio Speaker of the House, Robert R. Cupp.
