Salesforce Project Manager And Administrator
CurrentAs a Project Manager & Admin, I am handling 5 different verticals (Aviation, Yacht, Travel, Properties and Access Teams) at Baroque. -Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide guidance on how to maximize current and prospective customer relationships through the use of Salesforce as a CRM- Management of different Salesforce projects from the analysis step to the implementation - Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales tunnel and efficient sales process- Coordinating and being the mediator between technical and business teams - Analysis of the current CRM and ensuring it’s fit for purpose and the goals of the organisation- Define requirements for effective use of the CRM and its infrastructure- Making sure the CRM is customer focused and working to maximize its effectiveness for sales and external distribution- Planning, managing and coordinating the development requests from Business to Tech teams- Support and training of end users on Salesforce solutions and features- Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers- Championing and driving through necessary CRM changes features ensuring full buy in from all stakeholders in the business- Documentation of the existing process and newly developing features- Experience in Sales cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud(partner portal)- Automating Workflows, Flows and process builders and streamlining the process
