Responsibilities:• Provide first level Support to end-users across various Plants in North America for Material-Handling Fulfillment Process, research problems and work with functional streams and users including ad-hoc training, documentation of issues.• Participate in the various stages of project such as Implementation, Roll-out, Hyper Care and Support for EWM Plants.• Migration from Non-SAP System (CAMBAR, WMS, and OM) to SAP EWM System, Handling Change Requests, prepare test data for plants moving into EWM, hyper care for all EWM plants, Participate in Plant visits and provide RF user training, clear month-end, and year-end activities.• Support EWM plants in their day-to-day activities, such as PGI Issues, Dock Schedule issues, Delivery, STO, Stock Reconciliation issues, Yard Management issues, PINC issues, APAL issues

Responsibilities:• Participate in Plant Go-Live (SAP WM into EWM Plant), provide training to end users on SAP EWM, resolve issues on orders from WMS/ CAMBAR and Non-SAP Plants, Troubleshoot Queries and help end users with AQT.• Conduct weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss about common issues and ways to resolve them efficiently, Documenting the process for other team members, and providing Ad-hoc training sessions to teams and plant fork-lift operators, clerks, team leads.• Support EWM plants in their day-to-day activities, such as PGI Issues, Dock Schedule issues, Delivery, STO, Stock Reconciliation issues, Yard Management issues, PINC issues, APAL issues. • Collaborate issues and work with cross-functional team members: Work with Master Data team to resolve master data maintenance (material set up, activation, and tables) issues, work with TMS team to resolve Shipment and delivery issues, work with QM Support to resolve Quality problems, work with manufacturing team on Production Consumptions and Declarations. • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, customer service skills, ability to multi-task successfully and self-motivated to produce strong support results each day.

Responsibilities:• Lead the Warehouse Management activities by implementing SAP ECC solutions for Nestlé, a global manufacturer and distributor of food and beverages.• Part of Material Handling team that handles all the SAP MM and WM Issues including Rollouts, Production Support, Plant Go-Live phase and Change Requests.• Monitor and perform the inbound processing activities including receiving with PO’s/STO’s with respect to inbound deliveries into the specific stock type (unrestricted and restricted).• Extensive experience in Nestool and Power BI tools for reporting IDocs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, training users and resolving client’s issues.• Stabilize system and processes by monitoring and resolving WM IDocs.
