• Reporting to Managing Director & Chairman• Heading Marketing division• In-charge of Dept. for Planning & executing the New product launch • Handling new project launches with a complete positioning strategy as per the target group and product requirements• Briefing Agencies & creating campaigns for the new product launch• Analysing the campaigns & selecting the best suitable campaign as per the product requirement• Moulding the campaigns as per the requirement of the project, brand, target group & the medium• Developing brochure, mini brochure, tabloids, leaflets & other marketing collaterals• Creative development for press ads, Digital marketing, Outdoor, Expo & BTL’s • Responsible for Lead generation• Framing of Marketing plan on a weekly basis• Media Planning & guiding the media buying agency to get the better details from all the media house like Times of India, The Hindu, TOI.com, Fever FM, Red FM and Radio City • Ad positing & Handling the positioning of ads in publications, especially in Times of India• Sole incharge of vendors, negotiation, outdoor selection, Event, Expo & BTL activities• Carrying out mailer activities with various agencies for selected database• Actively involved in procurement of database for lead generation and other materials for site branding / marketing• Looking after printing quality marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets & DM materials) from selection of paper to final design approval, execution & delivery• Checking the allotment of payments to agencies & vendors in close interaction with Managing Director• Tracking & maintaining various expenses reports in terms marketing mediums as per project
