Niki is the president of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation and previously served as the co-chairperson of the Foundation’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program. Niki is an attorney who also does consulting work to law firms seeking to streamline their processes. She is also a member of the Judicial Commission of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She served as the chairperson the Judicial Committee from 2020 through 2022.Niki spent the vast majority of her career doing defense litigation. She served as a member of the board of directors for Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman and Goggin for 13 years. She was both the assistant director and later the director of that firm’s workers’ compensation department. Niki helped to develop the firm’s Human Relations policy and served as the initial chairperson of the firm’s Human Relations Committee Niki is a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, a charter member of the Alexander Barbieri Inns of Court, and a member of the editorial board of the Philadelphia Lawyer magazine. She is also a frequent speaker and author on legal issues related to workers' compensation at the state, local and national level. She also lectures nationally and regionally on issues regarding Diversity and Inclusion.
