Nikki Adams is the Robotic Process Automation Lead & Systems Integration Specialist for Boeing Global Services. She is Extremely qualified supply chain expert with vast knowledge in production and post production support. Leads and coordinates cross‐functional teams to manage projects, troubleshoot issues, and cultivate strategic solutions to satisfy customer requirements and maintain customer satisfaction. Develops and implements innovative problem resolutions, process improvements, corrective actions and in depth analysis of the supply chain. Nikki is extremely passionate about her work at the Boeing Company and prides herself in outside the box thinking. Prior to her current role, she was a Supply Chain Analyst for the 787 Dreamliner in Charleston, South Carolina, and assisted in rolling out the first Airplane to deliver from the Final Assembly Building in South Carolina. Nikki started her career at Boeing in 2010 in Long Beach supporting the C-17 in a Supply Chain Operations Rotational program, where she was able to rotate through the C-17 post production supply chain organization. Native of Southern California, Nikki attended Western Kentucky University (WKU) where she earned a bachelor's degree in Broadcasting and a minor in Marketing in 2009 while playing on the Lady Topper Division 1 soccer team.
